After successfully managing Romanian-Canadian multi awarded producer / songwriter Ovi , Heidi Van Roon founded Blitz&Bloom (which later became Ethnobeast) a record label focused on pop artists who use world musical elements blended in their music. The first artist signed was singer-songwriter and TV hostess Mozhdah Jamalzadah who was the first Afghan-Canadian artist to perform for president Obama at the White House.
Later on, more artists have been added to the record labels rooster: Absolute (Canadian-Lebaneese Hip Hop Artist) , Magnets (EDM ethnic producer – artist duo) and the amazing Lache Cercel and the Roma Jazz Ensemble .
